The Punxsutawney Area Hospital will be holding a Moderna Booster Clinic on Saturday, November 6th from 12:30 p.m.- 5:00 p.m. on the Hospital campus. Space is limited for each time slot. If a time slot does not appear, that means it is full for that time and you will need to select a different time.
