PAH has now implemented a Virtual Intake Management for outpatient scheduled testing appointments.
With the Virtual Intake Management, Patients Can:
- Confirm your appointment
- Complete pre-registration forms
- Upload documents
- View your cost estimate
- Add a friend or family member to receive updates on your visit
- Check-in for your appointment
Here’s what you can expect:
You will receive a pre-visit text or email with a secure link to FinThrive to complete forms, upload documents, access cost estimates, pay your bills and more.
Leading up to your appointment you will receive helpful reminders and pre-arrival instructions, if applicable.
There is no app to download and no username or password to remember (or forget). We are working hard to ensure this change is as simple and intuitive as possible for our patients.
This new process is in response to a growing need for convenient, digital patient experience in healthcare, but of course, if you prefer not to complete your pre-registration steps digitally, your PAH staff will be more than happy to assist you. For more information call 814-938-1845.
