Visitor Policy Update

VISITORS
Visitors, who have traveled outside of the state to the states identified by the Pennsylvania Department of Health as high risk areas within the last 14 days, will not be permitted to enter the facility.

These states include the following and are subject to change at any point:
Alabama
Arizona
Arkansas
California
Florida
Georgia
Idaho
Iowa
Kansas
Louisiana
Mississippi
Missouri
Nevada
North Carolina
Oklahoma
South Carolina
Tennessee
Texas
Utah
Wyoming



PATIENTS
Patients who are entering the facility for care, treatment, and testing; who have traveled to a high risk area within the past 14 days (as identified by the Pennsylvania Department of Health)  will be required to wear a hospital provided mask or face shield with a visible indicator of travel history. The hospital provided mask or face shield will be required during the entire time spent within the facility.
