Another Groundhog Day is in the books. Punxsutawney Area Hospital assisted the festivities at Gobbler’s Knob by providing free services for attendees. The famous Seer of Seers draws people from all over the world and PAH was proud to be a part of the festivities.

Reflections of a CEO

PAH plans to Celebrate National Hospital Week

In recognition of the American Hospital Association’s National Hospital Week, the healthcare community has an opportunity to pause and highlight its hospitals, health systems and healthcare workers, and the innovative ways they have supported the needs of their community members, especially during this pandemic. The Punxsutawney Area Hospital will be celebrating its commitment to the community and their dedicated staff throughout the week May 8th through May 14th. Activities for the staff include different appreciation events, an evening of bowling, a cornhole tournament, a employee work milestone luncheon, a scavenger hunt and trivia contest, and many other great activities.
Virtual Job Fair

The Punxsutawney Area Hospital will be hosting two sessions of a Virtual Registered Nurse Job Fair. The dates of these two sessions are: Tuesday, March 29th starting at Noon and Wednesday, March 30th beginning at 6 p.m. The sessions will each take place using Zoom.
